Fill out our inquiry form or send an email to info@athensontap.com with your event details, including date of event, guest count, rental duration, location, and services needed. We’ll help you decide on a service package that meets your vision and provide you with a custom quote.
2. Order Your Alcohol
You choose your beverages, and we’ll help calculate the right amount based on your headcount and drink preferences. Once you have ordered and paid for your drinks, we handle the logistics from pickup to delivery so everything is ready to go the day of your event.
3. Event Day – We Set Up & Serve
Your AOT Logistics Specialist arrives at least an hour before your event to set up the bar, stock the drinks, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether you’ve selected bartender service or a self-serve option, we’ll have everything prepared for an unforgettable bar experience.
4. Enjoy Your Event
With cold drinks flowing on tap and a professional mobile bar setup, your guests will have a top-tier experience. Need a TV for a game, slideshow, or branding? We’ve got that covered too!
5. Breakdown & Cleanup
Once your event wraps up, your Logistics Specialist handles cleanup and breakdown, ensuring no mess is left behind. If there’s leftover alcohol, we can either return it to the store or leave it with you—whatever works best.

Dates fill up fast, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your event date. Availability is limited, and events are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

No, but we handle the entire pickup and delivery process. You place and purchase your beverage order with your preferred liquor store, and we’ll take care of the rest. We can also help estimate how much alcohol you’ll need based on your event size.
Georgia state law requires that mobile bar trailers, even those that are dry-hire (meaning the client provides their own alcohol), must comply with several regulations related to the sale and consumption of alcohol. These regulations ensure that alcohol is legally and responsibly managed. Because we are a dry-hire rental model, the customer (or the event host) is generally required to purchase alcohol legally through a licensed distributor or retailer. AOT staff can assist in calculating the quantity needed but cannot supply the alcohol. We can however serve the alcohol you purchase if you choose to hire one of our licensed bartenders for your event. -
Yes! Our brand was built around this model. Our mobile tap trailer is made for the self-serve model and allows your guests to serve themselves.
We offer both dry-hire and bartender service package options. All rentals come with our on-site Logistics Specialist. If you prefer to have a professional bartender, we can provide one for an additional fee.

We provide service within a 30-mile radius of Athens, GA. If your event is beyond this range, a small travel fee will apply.

We do our best to accommodate weather-related changes. If rain is in the forecast, we can set up under a tent or covered area. In cases of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event. Please see our full weather policy here.

Life happens! If you feel you need to cancel your upcoming reservation, please give us a call as soon as possible. It is also helpful if you provide us with an email that includes details and your cancellation request so we can have that as reference when working to accommodate your request.

Yes, any leftover alcohol belongs to you, the client - because you purchased it. We can assist with returning kegs to the store or leave them with you, depending on your preference. Our logistics specialists will work to save any unused or leftover beverages after the event and give them to you before we leave the event location.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your event date. We will discuss deposit and final payment timelines once you have approved pricing and signed your rental agreement.

Our primary service areas include Athens Clarke County & Oconee County, GA. We are willing to travel up to two hours from Athens. A travel fee will be applied for locations outside of a 30-mile radius of Athens, GA.

The trailer measures 6×12 ft and we will need at least that amount of space to park the trailer. Some venues may have restrictions on mobile bars—please check with your venue beforehand.

We typically arrive one hour before the event for setup. Breakdown occurs immediately after the event concludes.
