Each rental includes a Logistics Specialist to manage trailer setup, tap calibration, and full cleanup—so you don’t have to lift a finger.

You purchase the alcohol from your preferred store, and we’ll handle the rest—pickup, stocking, and delivery included.

Our self-serve bar trailer rental package is ideal for those who prefer a DIY approach. The Dry-Hire Package includes delivery, setup, and breakdown by our Logistics Specialist with easy-to-use taps and a hassle-free experience. On your event day, we will walk you through the equipment, provide a quick tutorial, and answer any questions—making your mobile bar rental simple, fun, and stress-free.

Staffed Service

For a more traditional approach, our professional bartenders provide exceptional service, making your wedding or corporate event in Athens, GA, stress-free and enjoyable. Our Staffed Service Package includes everything in the dry-hire rental package plus a certified bartender.     • Concierge Fee – Included for all packages - covers our on-site Logistics Specialist, alcohol pickup, delivery, setup, breakdown, and cleanup.

    • Travel Fee – Applies to events outside a 30-mile radius of Athens, GA.

    • Generator Rental – $50 for locations without power access.

    • Bartender Service – Available to add to any rental package - AOT requires a minimum of 1 licensed bartender for events with 50+ guests at an additional charge.

Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policy

  • Cancellations 30+ days before the event: Full refund of any payments made.

  • Cancellations 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund of payments made.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event: Non-refundable.

We will always try our best to work with our customers to ensure their rental experience is one that is seamless. We get it - life happens! Our team will work with you to reschedule your rental for a future date in the case of an unforeseen circumstance.

Pricing & Fees

At Athens On Tap, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our bar trailer rental fee is a flat rate, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. Additional services, such as bartender service, upgraded glassware, event decor, specialty kegs and generator rental, are available at an additional cost to customize and elevate your bar rental experience. For any customer’s renting our mobile bar trailer outside of a 30-mile radius of Athens, GA we charge an additional travel fee.

Every event is unique, and our pricing depends on guest count, date of rental, rental duration, and the services you need.
